OpenRevolution LLC is a privately held company that is building a global mobile e-money network.

OpenRevolution provides mobile transaction solutions that enable our partners and clients to deliver optimized payment services across m-commerce ecosystems and value chains.

Its three divisions include the Network Group, the Advisory Services Group, and the Investment Management Group. Headquartered in Washington, DC, it launched its first regional operating company, OpenRevolution Georgia JSC, in Tbilisi, Georgia in 2009 to service the Eurasian region. OpenRevolution was founded in 2008 and completed its Series A investment with Blue Heron Capital and V10 Capital Partners in August 2009.

V10 Capital Partners is a private equity firm owned by Mr. Richard L. Sharp. Mr. Sharp is the chairman of Crocs. He is the former chairman of Circuit City and a founding investor and former chairman of Flextronics, as well as co-founder and former chairman of CarMax.
